AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the All Doks mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service") operated by All Doks, currently operated by its individual developer based in India ("All Doks," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://alldoks.com/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. ELIGIBILITY The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under the age of 18 should use the Service only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian. You represent that information you provide is accurate and current, and that you (or your parent or legal guardian, where required) can agree to these Terms under applicable law (including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, where applicable). Adult users and eligible older teenagers may store and manage documents relating to themselves and, where they have the legal authority to do so, documents relating to members of their household, including minors. 3. THE SERVICE All Doks helps you organize documents, cases, persons, and workspaces, and use AI-assisted tools to search and retrieve information within defined circles. All Doks is a personal document organizer with scoped search and Q&A. AI features find and summarize what is stated in documents you upload. They do not diagnose conditions, interpret beyond the document text, or provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The Service may be offered in beta or pre-release form. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice during testing. 4. SERVICE PLANS, PURCHASES, AND PAYMENTS 4.1 Plans and purchases All Doks may offer different service tiers, usage plans, one-time purchases, subscriptions, enterprise offerings, promotional access, or other commercial models. Available plans, pricing, and features may change over time and will be presented within the Service before any purchase or commitment is made. Your access to certain features may depend on your selected plan, purchased AI allowance, promotional entitlements, or other usage rights associated with your account. The Service may apply reasonable usage limits (including AI allowance, document storage, and related caps) as described in the Service and our Privacy Policy. 4.2 Testing period During pre-release testing, certain features, purchases, usage limits, or pricing may not yet be finalized. Temporary testing limits or promotional access may apply. 4.3 Paid billing When you purchase a paid plan, subscription, or AI Allowance top-up, prices, taxes, and applicable terms will be presented before you purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features or limits associated with unpaid purchases. 4.4 Refunds Unless required by applicable law, fees may be non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://alldoks.com/refund). Final refund rules are stated at checkout and in that policy. 5. YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify support@alldoks.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may sign in with email/password or third-party authentication (such as Google), subject to that provider's terms. 6. YOUR CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES You retain ownership of documents and content you upload ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that: • You have rights and permissions to upload and process User Content • User Content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights • You will not upload malware, unlawful material, or content you are not authorized to store You are responsible for metadata accuracy and for how you rely on AI-generated outputs. If you use the Service for government, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated matters, you remain responsible for compliance with applicable rules and for verifying outputs against source documents. 7. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes • Attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the Service • Access other users' data without authorization • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights We may suspend or terminate access for violations. 8. CIRCLE ACCESS AND SHARING Access is governed by circle and workspace membership. Sharing features may evolve over time. You are responsible for how you configure access. 9. AI FEATURES — DISCLAIMERS AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as any kind of advice. Always verify important information against your original documents. • All Doks searches your uploaded documents and summarizes what they state. If information is not in your documents, the assistant should say so rather than invent an answer. • All Doks does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. • Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional judgment or verified sources. • You are responsible for reviewing outputs against your original documents before acting on them. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by All Doks or its licensors. You grant All Doks a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. 11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Supabase, Microsoft Azure OpenAI and other trusted AI service providers if used, and authentication providers). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. 12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DELETION You may request account deletion in Settings. Standard deletion includes a 15-day grace period during which you may request restoration by contacting support. After that period, we delete or de-identify data from active systems, subject to backups and legal requirements. Settings also offers immediate permanent deletion, which cannot be undone once processing completes. Limited security and audit records may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal requirements, or to protect the Service and users. 13. DISCLAIMERS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DOKS AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) INR 8,000 (or USD $100 if higher under mandatory law). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. 15. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Doks and its operator from claims arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Subject to applicable law, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer in another country, you may retain non-waivable rights under local law. 17. CHANGES We may modify the Service or these Terms. Updates will be posted at https://alldoks.com/terms and in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. 18.
